handle escalation of consumer calls. update database systems. perform callbacks.
perform various administrative tasks. distribute epayslips. update the company domain up to six times a day.
operate internal tech support/ehelpdesk.
perform regular virus checks.
locate and neutralise unauthorised entries. inform authorities. activate limited intrusion countermeasure software [nonlethal].
